  • Gorgonzola Dolce D.O.P. (soft cow’s milk blue cheese)
  • Toma maccagno (semi-hard raw cow’s milk cheese
  • Fiurel (soft, bloomy rind cow’s and sheep’s milk cheese)
  • Pecorino Dorgali (hard sheep’s milk cheese)
  • Cravot (semi-soft goat’s milk cheese)

All the cheeses will be freshly hand cut and each slice will be around 200g.
